GOLO Day 1

So, it’s time for a change. I haven’t dieted in a while, and really hate that word. Let’s call it a “lifestyle change” OK?

I kept seeing commercials for GOLO – so I did some research and decided that this was a safe natural option for me.

GOLO is also targeting people with high blood sugar, and type 2 diabetes.

Like I said, it’s been a long time since I’ve had to use will power and restrict caloric intake. Trust me, it was much easier when I was younger.

Now I’m not used to eating breakfast. It took a tremendous amount of effort to eat all the food in my meal plan.

What did I eat? Day 1 went like this:

  • 2 eggs with OMEGA-3s

  • 1 cup GOLO Superfuel (Chicken, peas, onions, carrots, brown rice)

  • 1 cup GOLO Superfuel (Chicken, peas, onions, carrots, brown rice)

This eating plan allow does not allow for dairy, sugar, processed foods, or diet foods. I’m drinking my weight in lemon water, which I’ve already been doing for awhile. I cannot say enough things about the benefits of lemons.

The GOLO Superfuel recipe is something you prep all at once and then divide into 1 cup servings. This makes it easier to control portions and know what you’re eating.

I only got hungry late in the afternoon but it soon passed.
